Thank you for shopping with Baby Bug Boutique. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return policy.
14-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
In the case you received a defected item, believe you received incorrect merchandise, or you are missing something from your order, you MUST contact customer service within 5 days of the packages original delivery date.
Exclusions:
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Intimate or sanitary goods: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings (if they come in direct contact with the skin).
- Personalized or custom-made items: Products that have been customized or specially made for you are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please be aware that various computers/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective.
Return Process:
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at CustomerService@shopbabybugboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. This will include the return address and any necessary shipping information.
- Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging or an equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will then process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. If the item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original form of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
